Pieria, Greece

Pieria is located in the southern part of central Macedonia. Its capital is the town of Katerini. Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece and throne of the ancient Greek gods, is located in the southern part of Pieria. In Pieria, there are many sites of archeological interest, such as Dion, Pydna and Platamonas with the great castle. The Pierian Mountains lie to the west, while the Thermian Gulf lies to the east, with its sandy beaches, such as Platamonas, Neoi Poroi, Laptokarya, Plaka Litochorou and Katerini itself. The region's amazing beauty gives it a great potential for tourist development.

Gytheio, Greece

Gytheio, is a town in the prefecture of Laconia in Greece, long known as the seaport of Sparta. Its name means Land of the Gods. Today it is the largest and most important town in Mani. It is a lively, charming little harbour town. A long sea-side promenade, the colourful fishing boats, the narrow streets and stairways produce the typical Greek environment which fascinates every visitor. There are many beaches around of Gytheio and the largest one is Mavrovouni-beach.

Tinos, Greece

Tinos located in the Cyclades archipelago, is famous amongst Greeks for the Church of Panagia Evangelistria, its 80 or so windmills, about 1000 artistic dovecotes, 50 active villages and its Venetian fortifications at the mountain, Exobourgo. Symi, Greece

Symi is part of the Dodecanese island chain. It is mountainous and includes the harbor town of Symi and its adjacent upper town Ano Symi, as well as several smaller localities, beaches, and areas of significance in history and mythology. Its interior is dotted with small valleys, and its coastline alternates between rocky cliffs and beaches, and isolated coves. Anafi, Greece

Anafi is located at the southeastern edge of the Cyclades island complex. According to mythology, the island was given the name Anafi because it emerged from the depths of the sea to give refuge to the Argonauts from a bad storm. Anafi is very much an island for walking. Through the old paths and around the steep hills, you could walk to the other side of the island.
